I'm Tiffany Trudeau, a real estate advisor in Orange County focused on Fullerton, Placentia, Brea and Yorba Linda. I work with buyers who've been told no, whether by an agent who stopped at the pre-approval or by a big bank whose guidelines they didn't fit, and with buyers who keep writing offers and losing. I also work with sellers who tried before and didn't get the result they wanted, or who want a marketing plan built for their specific home.

For buyers, I start with your real situation and bring in lenders who can look at other options when a standard loan doesn't fit. Before we tour a home, I call the listing agent so we know whether it fits your needs and whether we're already priced out by multiple offers.

For sellers, I want to find problems before escrow does, so I have the home inspected before it goes to market. Then I build the marketing around the right buyer for that property.

The whole way through, you'll understand what's happening, from disclosures and offers to negotiation and closing. I'll tell you the truth, even when it isn't what you want to hear.
